The ultimate goal of True Vine Elevation Academy is to produce students of truth, faith and character.  In order to accomplish this, students will grow in wisdom and understanding, uphold biblical values, and be Spirit-led as they demonstrate character, competence, commitment, and connection throughout their life journey.

CHARACTER

A life of character honors God and is marked by truth, faith, and obedience to God.  Students will:

​

• Demonstrate a personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through spiritual formation and active engagement in service to others.

  “…so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.” Colossians 1:10

  “What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him?  For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.” James 2:14, 26

• Appreciate their God-given design and generously steward their minds, bodies, gifts, resources, time, and talents for His glory.

  “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27

  “ As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” I Peter 4:10

   

• Allow God to mold and shape their lives into His image through the power of His Spirit.

  “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2

  “Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12-14
